SUPPORT YOUR LOVED ONES. NAVIGATE FAMILY CHALLENGES

A Transformative Program for Family Members “Overcome”

What do we offer?

OVERCOME is a support and recovery program designed for the relatives of addicted people. It helps you understand addiction, learn how to truly help without losing yourself, regain your own emotional balance and motivate your loved one to start rehabilitation. This program is for everyone affected by addiction: parents, spouses, partners, siblings, or adult children.  Join the program, real change begins with you.
The OVERCOME program includes three structured courses described below.

Сourse 1: Choosing the Best Treatment Program for the Substance User

This course helps family members understand how to choose the right treatment program or rehab center for their addicted loved one, the one that fits their specific situation, type of addiction and budget.

By learning about the available treatment options and how to evaluate them, relatives can make informed decisions and take the first crucial steps toward guiding their loved one on the path to recovery.

This foundation prepares them to later focus on building healthier relationships and effective communication with the addicted family member.

Course 2: Family Environment for Addiction Recovery

This course explores the 10 most common mistakes relatives make when dealing with addiction, mistakes that often go unnoticed because we naturally assume we’re doing the right thing.

You’ll learn to identify your own patterns, understand how your usual behaviors might unintentionally support addiction and make positive changes.

By creating a healthier family environment, you help your loved one see how addiction has affected their life. This awareness can encourage them to consider change, while the family should continue to live fully and maintain supportive, positive relationships.

Course 3: Overcoming Personal Challenges as a Relative of the Addicted

This course helps relatives of addicted individuals restore balance in their own lives while navigating the challenges of addiction.  You’ll learn how to manage stress, handle difficult emotions, resist manipulation and set healthy boundaries. Through practical exercises and guided self-reflection, you’ll gain clarity on your personal challenges and develop strategies to maintain emotional stability.

By strengthening your own well-being, you’ll be better equipped to support your loved one while creating a healthier, more resilient family environment.
